Historic Restoration

We Work for People Who Care About the Details

Some clients come to us because they own a historic home they want to protect.

Others are renovating a house they plan to live in for decades. Some are beginning with an empty piece of land and want to build something worthy of becoming a historic home someday.

What they have in common is simple:They care about quality. They notice the details.

And they want to work with people who care just as much as they do.

If that sounds like you, we should talk.

Thoughtful renovations improve the way a home functions without losing what makes it special.

Renovation & Remodeling

Our approach to renovation and remodeling considers the whole building, not simply the problem in front of us.

From siding, trim, porches, windows, painting, roofing, masonry, and structural repairs to custom woodwork, cabinetry, architectural details, and specialty fabrication, every project is approached with care and an understanding of how each element works together.

When an off-the-shelf answer won’t do, our experienced craftsmen create thoughtful solutions that respect the character of the building while making it stronger, more functional, and built to last.

Whether restoring a century-old home, renovating a property for its next chapter, or building something entirely new, the quality of the work matters.

In Loving Memory of Jeremy Lee

Lee Restoration was built by many hands, but some leave a mark that can never be measured simply by the work they completed.

Jeremy Lee was part of building this company—working alongside his father and family, contributing his skill, his time, and himself to the craftsmanship and reputation that Lee Restoration carries today. His work lives on in the homes he helped restore, in the lessons and traditions passed from one generation to the next, and in the family business he helped shape.

A beloved son, husband, father, and craftsman, Jeremy helped carry forward the values his father established and, in turn, passed them on to his own children. Today, his children continue that work as the third generation of the Lee family at Lee Restoration—carrying forward not only a family business, but Jeremy’s place within its story.

His hands helped build more than homes. They helped build a family legacy—one that now lives on through three generations.

But preservation has never been the whole story.

The same team that can rebuild an intricate historic porch, repair generations-old masonry, reproduce architectural details, or restore a home without erasing its character can bring that same level of care to a renovation or new construction project.

We understand materials. We understand proportion. We understand how a house should feel when the details are right. And whether the building is 150 years old or still on the drawing board, we believe craftsmanship should outlive the people who built it.

Lee Restoration earned its reputation preserving historic homes throughout Middle Tennessee.
